Heated | 60 min | High-Intensity Yoga | All Levels

This is your go-to yoga class when you’re craving heat, freedom, and a full-body reset. Power Yoga is a high-energy, beat-driven experience where movement, music, and mindset collide. Set in a heated room (99–110°), you’ll flow through bold sequences designed to build strength, open space, and shift your energy—with moments to free-flow and move how your body needs.

Every instructor brings their own fire, but the Society standard holds: strong breath, real movement, and zero apologies. Come as you are. Leave more powerful.

Designed + Curated by Society Yoga Co-Founder Kim Barrett

This is the class that built the reputation.
Society Sculpt is a full-body, beat-driven strength class designed to push limits, build muscle, and leave you dripping. You’ll move through yoga-inspired sequences infused with strength training, core work, pulsing holds, and high-energy cardio bursts—using hand weights, bodyweight, and pure fire.

Set in a heated room (99–110°) with hard-hitting music and powerhouse coaching, this class doesn’t just challenge your body—it rewires your mind.

Good to Know:
• Bring a mat, sweat towel, water, and hand weights (provided if needed)
• Shoes optional
• All levels welcome—modify or amplify as needed

SOCIETY BARRE 🖤

Heated | 45 min | Barre + Pilates Inspired Strength | All Levels

This is barre — the Society way.
Society Barre takes everything you think you know about a barre class and flips it. This heated (105°), strength-focused workout uses micro-movements, muscle isolation, and nonstop burn to target glutes, core, and arms. Expect high-rep, low-impact movement using light weights, your own body, and serious grit.

We don’t use a ballet barre — and we don’t need one. You’ll move freely, challenge your balance, and build deep core stability without leaning on anything but your own strength. It’s bold, minimal, and wildly effective.

Good to Know:
• Bring a mat, sweat towel, water, and grip socks or bare feet
• Hand weights are optional—use yours or borrow ours
• No dance or yoga experience needed
• Heated to 105° — low impact doesn’t mean easy

This is your discipline-driven power class—built for the early risers, the box checkers, and anyone who wants to feel their work.
Power Burn is a heated (100–105°) strength-based yoga fusion that blends controlled movement, intentional holds, and muscle-shaking endurance. You’ll move slower, hold longer, and burn deeper—trading speed for power and flow for fire.

The playlist is bold. The instruction is clear. The vibe is gritty, grounded, and worth your wake-up call.

Good to Know:
• Bring a mat, water, and sweat towel—or rent in-studio
• Longer holds + heat = big burn
• Perfect for morning warriors and goal crushers


SOCIETY GENTLE YOGA 💟

SOCIETY GENTLE YOGA 💟

Non-Heated | 60 min | Fully Guided | All Levels

This class slows you down, not downplays your power.
Gentle Yoga is a non-heated, fully guided experience designed to restore mobility, build body awareness, and create space in both the body and the mind. Expect slower transitions, longer holds, and a steady rhythm that meets you where you are—whether you’re new to the mat or balancing out a week of high-intensity workouts.

There’s no free flow here—you’ll be guided the entire way—but you’re always invited to adjust, amplify, or ease off.

• Bring a mat, water, and any props you love (blocks, straps, etc.)
• Perfect for beginners or anyone needing a reset
• No heat, no rush, just room to breathe


SOCIETY YIN YOGA🖤

SOCIETY YIN YOGA: A DEEP STRETCH 🖤

Heated | 60 min | Stillness + Nervous System Recovery | All Levels

This is where your body lets go.
Yin Yoga is a slow, still, and deeply restorative class designed to stretch the fascia, open tight joints, and calm the nervous system. You’ll hold supported postures for 3–7 minutes, targeting the hips, spine, shoulders, and more—using props, breath, and gravity to release tension and restore balance.

This is not a “flow” class. It’s a practice in staying present and giving your body the recovery it actually needs. Whether you’re lifting, sitting, pushing hard, or just carrying stress—this is your time to unwind, breathe deeper, and reconnect.

Good to Know:
• Bring a mat, water, and layers to stay warm
• Props provided (bolsters, blocks, straps)
• Heated to 90–100°, mellow music to ground the vibe
• Every teacher’s close is unique—sometimes meditative, sometimes silent, always restorative

Non-Heated | 60 min | Breath-Driven Yoga | All Levels

This is your movement reset.
Society Flow is a non-heated, breath-driven yoga class designed to build strength, mobility, and calm — without intensity or heat. You’ll move through a curated sequence of postures, linking breath to movement with purpose, presence, and guidance the entire way.

This class creates space for students who want to feel connected, centered, and balanced without the pressure to perform — and for instructors to guide with intention, rhythm, and structure.

It’s not Power. It’s not Gentle. It’s something in between — and exactly what your body might be asking for.

Good to Know:
• Bring a mat, water, and any props you love (blocks, straps, etc.)
• Fully guided from start to finish
• No heat, no pressure — just grounded, rhythmic movement
• Great for all levels, especially mid-morning movers and those newer to Society!

Heated | 60 min | Power Vinyasa Yoga | Led Exclusively by Courtney

This is more than a yoga class—it’s a ritual.
Sunday Service is Society’s signature soul-stirring, body-burning Vinyasa experience. Held in a heated room (99–110°) and led by co-founder Courtney Biancofiori, this 60-minute class fuses power yoga with deep intention, immersive music, and a message that meets you where you are. Expect a guided, beat-driven flow that blends sweat, strength, and stillness—with space to transform from the inside out.

Whether you’re closing a chapter or setting the tone for your week, this class is where you come to get clear, get grounded, and remember who you are.

Good to Know:
• Bring a mat, water, and props (blocks, straps, etc.)—provided or BYO
• Class is fully guided + heated
• Modifications honored, always

Society Pilates brings the precision and breath of classical Pilates into a reformer-inspired, mat-based format — infused with Society’s signature heat, edge, and intensity. Expect focused, beat-driven movement designed to sculpt deep core, glutes, and postural strength through block + band resistance and zero wasted transitions.

From classical breathwork and Series of Five to standing strength and spinal mobility, this format blends old-school roots with next-level reform.
