POWER HEATED Yoga
This 60-minute Vinyasa Power Heated class is an uplifting, energetically paced flow performed in a heated room ranging from 99 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit. The heat allows for your maximum flexibility where mental and physical strength can be discovered. We will warm up the body, followed by various sun salutations, balancing postures, deep stretching, and ending in Savasana. Lively, upbeat music creates a fun, vibey experience in which you can let loose, have fun, and try new postures without judgment. This is a physically demanding practice where you can expect to be challenged, and whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner, you will have opportunities to grow and learn. As you link breath to movement you’ll dive deeper inside your practice and yourself, allowing for a connection to be made along your journey.
Society Sculpt
Society Sculpt is a unique 60-minute hybrid class that’s perfect for those looking to combine power yoga and strength training while getting bursts of cardio. Sculpt focuses on the addition of hand weights to help sculpt the body by adding muscle tone while burning more calories and increasing stamina. We dive right in for a challenging workout focusing on core strength, sun salutations paired with strength exercises, and deep stretching that ends in Savasana. This class will leave you feeling energized and alive, and keep you coming back for more. This class is ideal for anyone looking for an intense, sweaty workout with opportunities to modify to your current level and feel empowered to grow and push within your own limits.
This is a heated class, kept between 99 and 110 degrees, and set to energetic music.

YinYASA
A powerful pairing of two different disciplines of asana (yoga poses);Vinyasa has fused the Yin style of long-held passive poses with the dynamic, yang style of Vinyasa (flow). Traditionally a Yin practice is best if done on “cold” body and passively stretches you connective tissue to promote health of your joints and internal organs. Thus, this class will be held at non heated temperatures and will begin with Yin to open the body to more flexibility and energy flow while encouraging a more contemplative, non-reactive quality of mind. After a few long held poses the class will move into a flow to strengthen and invigorate the body and mind. This class is 60 minutes of self-care!
This is a non-heated class set between 80 and 95 degrees fahrenheit.
RISE & SHINE Yoga
RISE & SHINE YOGA: Awaken your body, mind, and soul with this full-body experience. Rise and Shine is a heated vinyasa class where movement and breath are linked as one. We begin by waking up the body, then flow through sun salutations to warm up the spine and activate the body, next, we’ll flow through a series of standing postures to build internal heat, strength, and balance. We finish Rise and Shine with deeper stretching, followed by Savasana. This early morning class is sure to leave you sweaty, happy, and ready to kick-start your day! It is ideal for anyone looking for a challenging yet accessible workout early in the morning.
This early morning 60-minute power class is kept between 99 and 105 degrees, with lively music to set the tone.
Gentle Yoga
Society Yoga’s Gentle Yoga is an inviting class that builds flexibility slowly by using breath and movement to create space in the body and mind. We take time to touch on muscle groups that might be otherwise overlooked and gently builds warmth. This class is ideal for beginners and for those looking to soften and build a more well-rounded yoga practice. You will be guided with care and compassion, encouraged to listen to your body’s intuitive knowing, and offered modifications to make this yoga practice accessible to even those with physical limitations or who might believe that yoga is not right for their body. At Society Yoga, we know that yoga is for every body.
This is a non-heated, 60-minute class option where the room is kept between 80 and 95 degrees. You can expect gentle yet energizing music.
Yin yoga
Yin is the balancing practice of the yang style life we live. It gives us permission to be still and present in the moment. Yin is a class that traditionally focuses on improving the deeper connective tissues around the spine, sacrum, hips, pelvis, and knees. At Society, we also emphasize the upper body to account for typical postural problems that come with our forward-facing lives. Asanas are held for 3-7 minutes to allow a deep stretch to occur within the connective tissues and joints. This translates to reduced pain and increased range of motion, along with a greater knowing of the self and the body. While this class is less physically demanding, it can be challenging for the mind. To finish, you’ll be guided through a 15-minute meditation ending in Savasana for a total of 60 minutes practicing. This class is ideal for those who workout vigorously, sit at a desk all day, or are looking to begin or deepen their practice. We rely heavily on props and listening to our bodies in this class.
This class is kept between 90 and 100 degrees Fahrenheit. You can expect a mix of instrumental and lyrical music that helps to create a one-of-a-kind zen.
core 30/45
The strength and functionality of your core is vital in so many ways, but unfortunately many of us suffer from weak and dysfunctional core muscles. CORE 30/45 is a fast-track, 30 or 45-minute workout that focuses on engaging and building core strength and is set to upbeat, fun music. This class includes cardio to build heat and burn calories. This class is intended to give you the strength you need to improve and enhance your yoga practice. This fiery focus on the core can be taken as a stand-alone class, paired with Gentle Yoga, or taken after a more vigorous workout. This class is best suited for anyone who wants to improve their yoga practice and core strength.
This class is heated between 99 and 105 degrees. Shoes are recommended.

Sunday Service is the perfect way to finish your weekend and kickstart a new week! This 75-minute Vinyasa Power Heated class is an uplifting, energetically paced flow performed in a heated room with kick-ass music. We’ll start with an inspirational message, followed by warming up the body for an intensely energetic sequence of sun salutations and balancing postures with plenty of opportunities to try that tricky pose you’ve been working towards. As you link breath to movement you’ll dive deeper inside your practice allowing for a deeper knowing of yourself along your journey. This class presents a unique opportunity to both connect with yourself in your individual practice while also forging meaningful connections within the Society Yoga community. You’ll end the class in Savasana, allowing a deep peace to emerge from within, and leave the studio feeling connected–-mind, body, and soul. This class is suitable for advanced yogis and beginners alike, as modifications and props are always available to make your practice work for you.

Society Yoga presents an invigorating power fusion class at 5 pm for the happiest of all happy hours! This flow will help you release your week and kick off your weekend the right way with a fresh, energizing, fun sequence each week. You can expect a heated power yoga class with fun music. You’ll vibe and sweat it out, ending with sweet relaxation in Savasana. You will leave this class feeling invigorated and ready to enjoy the rest of your evening and weekend. You can expect a new experience in each class, so you won’t want to miss a single one!
