PURCHASES & REFUNDS

  • All purchases are final and nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law.

  • Time-based passes begin on the purchase date unless noted otherwise.

  • All packages and memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only.

  • Retail: exchange-only within 14 days (unused, tags attached, with receipt).

  • Society Yoga reserves the right to modify policies at any time to maintain fairness and consistency.

CLASS PACKS & PASSES

Drop-In - Expires once booked. Nonrefundable, non-transferable. Missed = forfeited.

1-Week Pass - Expires 7 days from purchase. Consecutive days only. No freezes/extensions.

5-Class Pack - Expires 30 days from purchase. Nonrefundable. No extensions or freezes.

10-Class Pack - Expires 60 days from purchase. Nonrefundable. No extensions or freezes.

Society Starter Month -Expires 30 days from purchase. New clients only. Nonrefundable/non-transferable.

Society Seasonal Pass - Expires 5 months from purchase. Unlimited classes for 5 months. No freezes/extensions. No refunds.

Society Summer Pass -Summer Season Dates. Unlimited classes for summer term. Nonrefundable.

Gift of Movement - Expires 2 months from purchase. Unlimited access. Nonrefundable.

Important: Drop-ins, passes, and packs are forfeited for no-shows or late cancels.

No retroactive extensions, pauses, or refunds for unused credits or time.

MEMBERSHIPS (AUTO-PAY)

  • Billed monthly until canceled.

  • Email cancellation required (info@society-yoga.com) at least 7 days before next billing date.

  • Cancellations are not accepted verbally, via social media DM, or in-person. YOU MUST EMAIL info@society-yoga.com

  • No partial-month refunds or mid-cycle prorations.

  • Freeze option: Available for eligible auto-pay members only. Up to 2 months per 12-month period, billed at $30/month, requested 7+ days before next bill date. No retroactive freezes. Access paused during freeze; rate preserved.

Society Yearly Membership - 12 months prepaid. May pause up to 2 months total ($30/month). Nonrefundable. No transfers

PRIVATE + OFFSITE BOOKINGS

  • Private In-Studio Group and Offsite Group must be prepaid.

  • Reschedule with 72+ hours notice. Cancel 7+ days in advance for partial credit; otherwise forfeited.

  • Client provides safe access for offsite sessions; 60-minute standard duration.

  • No refunds otherwise

TEACHER TRAINING PAYMENTS

  • Deposit : nonrefundable, applies to tuition.

  • Balance : partially refundable up to 30 days before training start date, minus $250 admin fee.

  • No refunds once training begins.

  • Payment plans per signed agreement.

FREEZE POLICY

  • Applies only to eligible auto-pay and annual memberships

  • Request must be made at least 7 days before next billing date.

  • Maximum 2 months per 12 months, billed/month.

  • No retroactive freezes or pauses on expired passes.

  • Account access is paused during freeze; membership rate remains locked.

LATE CANCEL / NO-SHOW POLICY

  • Late cancel window: 6 hours before class start time.

  • Fees:

    • Late Cancel: $10

    • No-Show: $20

    • Waitlisted Class No-Show: $35

  • If you choose to be added from the waitlist and fail to attend or cancel within the window, the same fees apply.

  • If you attend but forget to sign in, you receive one courtesy backdate per month (within 24 hours). Beyond that, class credit or drop-in is forfeited.

SIGN-IN & ATTENDANCE POLICY

To maintain accuracy and fairness:

  • All attendees must check in at the front desk or kiosk before class starts.

  • Instructors will perform a class roll call before or at the start of class.

  • Members who fail to check in will be marked absent and applicable fees will apply.

  • Instructors are responsible for verifying rosters each class.

  • Front desk reconciles attendance daily to ensure proper billing and accountability.

RETAIL POLICY

  • All retail sales are final.

  • Exchange only within 14 days with receipt and tags attached.

No refunds or store credits for retail purchases.
