This class emphasizes progressive strength training using dumbbells and resistance based-work, controlled tempo, and time under tension. Movements are simple, repeatable, and designed to improve strength, control and overall performance without high-impact cardio or complex choreography.
Expect a focused, grounded experience that supports long-term strength development and complements yoga, sculpt, and flow classes.
