I’m in a new stage of life—my kids, William and Sophie, are grown and “adulting,” and I’m learning to navigate the joy (and adjustment!) of being an empty nester. Thankfully, I still have plenty of fun with my husband, Tom! Like many parents, I found myself asking, Who am I now?—and I found that answer at Society.
Walking into my first Sculpt class with Kim, I was nervous, but I was instantly hooked—not just on the class, but on the studio and the community. Going through teacher training alongside my daughter, Sophie, opened something in me. I realized I wanted more. I wanted to teach again.
Fitness has always been a passion of mine. I loved teaching Barre years ago and deeply missed the connection it brings. Helping others on their fitness journey fills me with joy. Seeing people grow stronger, build confidence, and connect with one another is what lights me up.
That’s why I teach Barre at Society. My goal is for every person in my class to feel seen, encouraged, and supported. I want them to leave feeling stronger, more confident, and more connected than when they walked in—carrying with them the same joy they give me every time we move together.
