Lori Crampton is the owner and president of Management Advantage, where she’s spent years building something she’s proud of through hard work and strong relationships. But more than anything, she’s a wife, mom, and “Lola” who puts her family first in everything she does.

She’s been married to her husband for 36 years and loves spending time with him, their kids, and their grandkids. Being “Lola” is one of her greatest joys, and she shows up for her family in the same way she does in life: steady, supportive, and always thinking of others before herself.

Lori loves staying active and rarely misses her goal of 10,000 steps a day. Yoga has become a natural extension of that lifestyle, giving her space to slow down, be present, and take care of herself in a different way.

Completing her 200-hour yoga teacher training is something she’s proud of, not just as an accomplishment, but as part of her commitment to growth, balance, and living well.
