Hi!

I’m Haley- a mom, daughter, sister, teacher, and exercise enthusiast. I grew up playing sports, always on the go from one practice to another. After high school, I started coaching volleyball and found a passion for inspiring my players to push themselves beyond their limitations.

I entered the group fitness arena in my twenties and fell in love with the energy, and this time, pushing myself to be stronger, faster, and healthier. After trying a variety of group fitness classes, I loved them all- from kickboxing to any HIIT class.

It was when I was living in Chicago that I fell in love with yoga sculpt. It provided me with a community and a place to move and push my body and mind. Today, yoga sculpt and exercise challenge my body beyond its limitations and push my mind to be present.
