I have been in the health field for 22+ years and a fitness instructor for 10 years.
I love teaching Barre/Pilates strength. I feel stronger mentally and physically. It is my time to connect with my body and work on myself.
I love encouraging people to step out of their comfort zone and watch them grow.
My heated Barre/Pilates strength class will make you sweat, your muscles will shake but you will leave class feeling stronger mentally and physically.
I instantly fell in love with Society Yoga. Great atmosphere with amazing instructors.
