Yin Yoga is a slow, still, and deeply restorative class designed to stretch the fascia, open tight joints, and calm the nervous system. You’ll hold supported postures for 3–7 minutes, targeting the hips, spine, shoulders, and more—using props, breath, and gravity to release tension and restore balance.
This is not a “flow” class. It’s a practice in staying present and giving your body the recovery it actually needs. Whether you’re lifting, sitting, pushing hard, or just carrying stress—this is your time to unwind, breathe deeper, and reconnect.
Good to Know:
• Bring a mat, water, and layers to stay warm
• Props provided (bolsters, blocks, straps)
• Heated to 90–100°, mellow music to ground the vibe
• Every teacher’s close is unique—sometimes meditative, sometimes silent, always restorative
